Johnson Creek Pump House Shawnee National Forest

DESCRIPTION:
The Shawnee National Forest (managed by the USDA Forest Service) is advertising a project for building improvements on the Mississippi Bluffs Ranger District in Jackson County, Illinois. Reconstruction and/or reconditioning will occur within the Johnson Creek Recreation Area. The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, material, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to perform building improvements. Activities will include, but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, furnishing and installing solar power station, furnish and install baseboard heater, and placement and compaction of crushed aggregate as well as related incidental work.

GOVERNMENT PRICE ESTIMATE:
The Government's estimated price range for the total of all items combined is less than $25,000.
CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS:
Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov).
SET-ASIDE:
This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 238190 - Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors; the Small Business size standard is $15 million.
SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS:
Solicitation AG-64R4-S-15-0027 is being issued as an RFQ and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract.
