JBSA Fitness Center Bleachers

Background
This is a total small business set aside. The contract involves the removal and assembly of indoor and outdoor bleachers at JBSA Fitness Centers located at JBSA Randolph, JBSA Ft Sam Houston, and JBSA Lackland. The work also includes transportation and disposal of existing bleachers to the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) at Ft. Sam Houston.

Work Details
The contractor is required to remove 8 banks of 4 row retractable indoor bleachers and 15 banks of outdoor bleachers from JBSA Randolph to Ft. Sam Houston DRMO. They are also responsible for assembling and positioning new and unused banks of 4 row, low rise aluminum outdoor bleachers at two different locations. Additionally, the contractor needs to assemble and position 8 banks of 4 row indoor bleachers with specific characteristics at Rambler Fitness Center.

Period of Performance
All items are to be delivered within 60 days from receipt of order.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at JBSA Randolph, JBSA Ft Sam Houston, and JBSA Lackland in Texas.
