Background
The solicitation is for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the lease of A3 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), accessories, and office document devices in Japan. The acquisition is unrestricted and the contract will be awarded to up to five vendors based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Proposals.

Work Details
The contract requires delivery and installation, end-user training, full-service maintenance, relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security. The IDIQ will have an ordering period of up to 60 months from the time of award, with an estimated period of performance from January 1, 2023, to December 1, 2027. The maximum program ceiling is $46 million with a guaranteed minimum program ceiling of $3,750.00 for each of the up-to five IDIQ contracts awarded.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance is from January 1, 2023, to December 1, 2027. However, this date may change upon testing of devices.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) in Japan.
