Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-NEW ENGLAND DISTRICT is seeking janitorial services for 11 locations in Central MA under the DoD RECRUITING FACILITIES PROGRAM. The procurement is set-aside for small business vendors with an applicable NAICS code of 561720 and a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. All vendors must have an active registration in SAM.GOV at the time of submission in order to be considered.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide janitorial services at the specified locations, including management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services. The services include janitorial/cleaning on a two (2) day per week schedule and a three (3) day per week schedule at various locations. The contract period of performance for the base year will begin upon contract award and end on 23 March 2025 with the option to exercise two (2) additional years. The contractor will be required to submit a work schedule for each service for approval at the pre-work conference.
