JANITORIAL SERVICES GEORGETOWN AND GRANGER LAKE, TEXAS   18

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, has issued a solicitation for janitorial services at Georgetown and Granger Lakes in Texas. This is a non-personal services contract, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform janitorial services both inside and outside office buildings at the Lake Offices specified in the PWS. This includes tasks such as cleaning restrooms, kitchens, public areas/conference rooms, drinking fountains, building entry doors, floors, light fixtures, paper products/soap/hand sanitizer supplies, trash receptacles, building exteriors, and windows. The contractor must ensure that all surfaces are cleaned to obtain specified results and that supplies are not depleted between cleanings. Additionally, sustainability requirements must be met by using recycled content products as per EPA guidelines.

The janitorial services are to be performed at Georgetown and Granger Lakes in Texas.
