Janitorial services for the Wayne National Forest, Athens Ranger District, Marietta Unit, Marietta, Ohio

Background
This contract is issued by the USDA Forest Service for janitorial services at the Wayne National Forest, specifically for the Athens Ranger District, Marietta Unit, located in Marietta, Ohio. The mission of the USDA Forest Service is to sustain the health, diversity, and productivity of the Nation's forests and grasslands to meet the needs of present and future generations. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the facilities within the Marietta Unit are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Work Details
The contractor will provide janitorial services which include but are not limited to: cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas; dusting surfaces; vacuuming carpets; mopping floors; emptying trash receptacles; and ensuring that all areas are kept in a hygienic state. The services will be provided under a base year contract with four option years. Each option year includes similar janitorial services as outlined for the base year. The specific tasks include:

- Base Year (04/01/2025 to 01/31/2026): Janitorial services at the Marietta Unit.
- Option Year 1 (02/01/2026 to 01/31/2027): Continuation of janitorial services.
- Option Year 2 (02/01/2027 to 01/31/2028): Continuation of janitorial services.
- Option Year 3 (02/01/2028 to 01/31/2029): Continuation of janitorial services.
- Option Year 4 (02/01/2029 to 01/31/2030): Continuation of janitorial services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract spans from April 1, 2025, through January 31, 2030, including a base year and four option years.
