The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for janitorial services in support of Perry Lake Project in the Operations Division of the Kansas City District. The contractors shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for janitorial services in support of Perry Lake Project in the Operations Division of the Kansas City District. The contractors shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services.

Work Details
The services furnished under this contract shall consist of a pre-work conference, and furnishing labor, material and equipment as specified in SECTION C.3, to maintain the facilities listed below at the Perry Lake Project, near Perry, Kansas, in a clean and orderly condition general commercial practices.
Two quality standards are used by Government inspectors to determine satisfactory versus unsatisfactory services. The quality level is expressed as "A" or "B," following the facilities to be serviced (see section 5.3.2).
The contract shall begin 1 April 2024 and continue through 31 March 2025 with renewal option years for 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 and 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027.

Period of Performance
The contract shall begin 1 April 2024 and continue through 31 March 2025 with renewal option years for 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 and 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027.
