The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1 Revise the specifications for Janitorial Services (in red).
2. Incorporate the attached Responses to Questions.

1. The U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) intends to award a firm fixed- price Base plus four (4) year contract for janitorial service for their 9,500 sq. ft. Office in Amityville, NY.

This solicitation is being set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code 561720 - Janitorial Services $22

All Quotes are due no later than 10/23/2023 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time. All questions and quotes must be submitted to Contracting Officer Latisha Hollman via EMAIL ONLY to Latisha.A.Hollman@usda.gov. A late quote will not be considered unless it is received before award is made and the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition.
