Janitorial Services Deschutes NF Supervisor’s Office, Bend Oregon

Background
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is issuing this solicitation for janitorial services at the Deschutes National Forest Supervisor's Office in Bend, Oregon. The goal of the contract is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office space, which supports the agency's mission to manage and protect national forests and grasslands.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary for janitorial services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include:

a) Year-round cleaning of approximately 47,600 square feet of office space and five restrooms;

b) Semi-annual scheduled services such as carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, and window cleaning;

c) Short-notice janitorial services on a Man-Day basis to augment regular cleaning as required.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a Base Period of 12 months from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, followed by four Option Periods extending through April 30, 2030.
