Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services, Connecticut. The procurement is set-aside for small business vendors with the applicable NAICS code being 561720 and a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as described in the schedule of janitorial services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leased space. The janitorial service applies to all designated spaces including halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas, and storage room areas.
The contract period of performance for the base year will be on or about 27 February 2024 and end 26 February 2025. In addition, there are two option years with the same scope of services. The contractor will be required to submit a work schedule for each service that will include approximate times for beginning and completion to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for approval at the pre-work conference.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance for the base year will be on or about 27 February 2024 and end 26 February 2025. In addition, there are two option years with the same scope of services.

Place of Performance
The contractor will furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at various locations in Connecticut including Vernon, Willimantic, Wallingford, Middletown, Norwich, Uncasville, Manchester, and Groton.
