Background
The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a janitorial contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning services at the Congressman Frank Evans Pueblo Distribution Center, which has been operational since 1971 in Pueblo, CO.

The GPO's mission is to publish trusted information for the Federal Government and serve the American people. This contract aims to maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the distribution center through daily, weekly, quarterly, and semi-annual janitorial services.

Work Details
The contractor will perform janitorial services at two locations: 31451 United Ave. and 31700 Excellence Ave., Pueblo, CO. Services include:
- Daily cleaning tasks performed Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays) between 6:00 PM MST and 5:00 AM MST.
- Daily restroom maintenance including sweeping, mopping with disinfectant, cleaning toilets and sinks, polishing mirrors and fixtures, emptying trash receptacles, and replenishing supplies.
- Office cleaning including wastebasket emptying and spot cleaning of surfaces.
- Weekly tasks such as vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces in offices and common areas, and maintaining cleanliness in entrances and lunchrooms.
- Quarterly and semi-annual deep cleaning services as specified in the scope of work.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2029.

Services will be conducted at the U.S. Government Publishing Office locations at 31451 United Ave., Pueblo, CO 81001 and 31700 Excellence Ave., Pueblo, CO 81001.
