Background
The US Consulate General in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia requires janitorial services for its compound located in the Mohammadia District.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for the Consulate's operations, which aligns with the mission of the U.S. Government to provide effective diplomatic services.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive janitorial services including but not limited to: cleaning of halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways.

Services must be performed daily and include sweeping and damp mopping of floors, dusting and cleaning all furniture, and ensuring all areas are free from debris.

Standard Routine Service will be delivered between 7 am and 4 pm from Saturday to Thursday with a night shift from 4 pm to 11 pm for common areas. The Contractor must prepare general instructions for the workforce within 30 days after contract award and submit schedules for cleaning requirements for approval.

Temporary additional services may be required on an as-needed basis with a minimum notice of 24 hours. The Contractor is responsible for providing reports on completed actions and any outstanding issues.

Period of Performance
The initial performance period is twelve months with four one-year option periods available at the discretion of the Government.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the U.S. Consulate General Compound located in Mohammadia District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
