Janitorial Cleaning for the Oconee Ranger District   2

Background
The U.S.D.A. Forest Service is seeking janitorial services for the Oconee Ranger District. The contractor is required to provide all labor, supervision, transportation, and incidentals as listed under Government-Furnished Property. There is a base period with up to four option years if exercised. No formal site visit is scheduled, but potential contractors are encouraged to visit the areas to be cleaned.

Work Details
The janitorial services include cleaning recreational and janitorial sites for the Oconee Ranger District. The Schedule of Items provides an estimate of the quantity of visits for each site per year. The contractor must sign the SF-1449 and submit it along with the schedule of items and Attachments 1, 2.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from July 29, 2024, to July 28, 2025. Additionally, there are option years as follows: Option Year One: July 29, 2025, to July 28, 2026; Option Year Two: July 29, 2026, to July 28, 2027; Option Year Three: July 29, 2027, to July 28, 2028; Option Year Four: July 29, 2028, to July 28, 2029.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Oconee Ranger District located at 1199 Madison Road, Eatonton, Georgia.
