Janitorial and Related Services for 2 locations, Dayton, OH and/or Quincy, IL   2

Background
This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The contract is for Janitorial and Related Services to be performed at two locations: TSA-Dayton International Airport in Dayton, OH and the Quincy Social Security Administration Building in Quincy, IL. The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS code of 561720 and a size standard of $22 million. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, training/certifications, and services for janitorial services at the specified locations. The solicitation will be available on or about June 17, 2024.

Work Details
The contractor will be tasked with providing janitorial and related services at two separate locations. This includes furnishing all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, training/certifications, and services. The work shall comply with all Federal, State and local standards as well as the most current version of all applicable consensus standards including any supplements or revisions.
Additionally, the contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including but not limited to the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and NIBS.
The procurement will use the best value method to determine awardee with evaluation factors consisting of past performance and Total Evaluated Price.
