The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a contractor to provide design-build services for the modernization of the two service elevators located in the federal office building of 26 Federal Plaza in lower Manhattan, New York. Please see attached Statement of Work, Solicitation, Agreement and all attachments for more details.

Amendment No. 1 with RFI responses and the Model Subcontracting Plan is attached.

Amendment No. 2 - revised Past Performance Questionnaire with the correct contact person is attached. Please note that all PPQs must be submitted directly to Contracting Officer, Sung Yoo, at sung.yoo@gsa.gov. No other information on the PPQ was revised.
