The solicitation will required the submission of (one) Production Demonstration Model (PDM), size: Medium - Regular. PLEASE NOTE: OFFERED PRODUCTS MUST BE MANUFACTURED DOMESTICALLY FROM 100% DOMESTIC PRODUCTS.

Best Value Source Selection Procedures will be used for award evaluation purposes. The following Non-Cost or Price Evaluation Factors will be utilized, which are listed in descending order of importance:

  1. Technical/Risk Evaluation Factor: PDM including the following sub-factors, which are of equal importance:

Group A: Examination of end item

(a)Manufacturing Operations

(b)Visual Examination

(c)Dimensional Examination

Group B: Conforming test report for Basic Shell Material in accordance with GL/PD-06-05B, Table VIII

2. Past Performance Evaluation Factor: Performance Confidence Assessment including the following aspects, which are of equal importance:

B. Relevancy Aspect

C. Quality/Delivery Performance Aspect including the following elements, which are of equal importance:
