This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it, pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. The Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1970 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153, is seeking potential sources with the capability to Install an existing Zimmer Biomet Dornoch Fluid Water Management System and perform 2 Years of PM Service (Preventative Maintenance ) on the machines. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, Size Standard $34 Million. Sources must be able to provide all services, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, technical expertise, insurance, taxes and fees necessary to provide Installation of existing Zimmer Biomet Dornoch Fluid Water Management System and the performance of 2 Year Preventative Maintenance services on the machines at the Salem VA Medical Center.
