Market Research is being conducted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. NAICS CODE 811219 capable vendors are welcome. The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside a acquisition to provide TempTrak calibration for the devices located the Hampton VAMC Chesapeake CBOC, Virginia Beach CBOC, Portsmouth CBOC and Albemarle VA Clinic VAMC. The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to: The Contractor is required to calibrate TempTrak devices on an annual basis per device specifications. Equipment The Contractor will provide its own calibration equipment and devices. 350 EA 10665 On-Site Calibration - NIST/ISO 17025 Pre-existing Transmitters / Probes (Min 12) 60 EA 10665-HT On-Site NIST / ISO17025 Calibration - Temp / Humidity (12 Minimum) - (not included with free I-Care calibrations) 5 EA 10665-032-UL On-Site NIST Calibration - Ultra Low Probes (12 324.340 1 1,621.70 (minimum) - (not included with free I-Care calibrations) If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent.
