Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for Security Camera Install services at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facilities in Temple, Texas. The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The purpose of this amendment is to include the response to vendors' questions and extend the solicitation response time. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing labor and materials for the services required to install security cameras in specified areas of the hospital per the drawings for Building 163. This includes an expansion of the existing security system. The work will be performed at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility in Temple at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504.

The contractor must provide and install any required materials, equipment, labor, tools supervision, skilled personnel, and trades for the completion of this project. The work schedule shall include a detailed list of work to be done for each requirement and the sequence in which it will be accomplished. The work plan shall indicate time frames and programmed power shut-off. Additionally, contractor employees who work in or travel to VHA locations must comply with specific COVID-19 safety protocols.

Period of Performance
The performance period will be 60 days after receipt of order (ARO) from the date of contract award.

The services will be performed at Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504.
