This is a Sources Sought Notice; it is not a Request for Quotes or Proposals. Access Control System & Video Surveillance System- Charlotte Hall CBOC The Charlotte Hall CBOC is seeking sources to install equipment for the Access Control System & Video Surveillance System for Police Services at the Charlotte Hall CBOC located at 29640 Three Notch Drive, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. The procurement will replace the existing Genetec Security Center 5.10 access control and video surveillance system with Software House CCURE 9000 and Exacqvision, to include all parts, materials, labor, software/licenses to utilize the systems to their full capabilities. Performance Period: Delivery within 90 days from contract award. Technical Requirements For each door below that will receive access control, The vendor will provide the Access Control Panel, the low-voltage cabling, the PIV Class Card Reader, the electronic locking hardware (Electronic Strike) the Request to Exit device and the Door Position Switch. The vendor will pull all cable between each door and the CCURE 9000 access control panel. The vendor will install all the locking hardware. The vendor will program, test, and commission each door. Card readers (29) Door Contact (29) REX PIR (29) Electric Strike (3) Site Server (1) 16 Door Control Panel (2) 4 Door Control Panel (1) 10 port Network Switch (1) Panel Power Supply Equipment ExacqVision Network Video Recorder (1) ExacqVision Device Licenses (32) Installation, Wire, Connectors, Conduit/JB box, Programming and Commissioning, S&H: For each camera listed above, the vendor will provide the device license. The vendor will tie into a new ExacqVision network video recorder. The vendor will mount each camera, focus the camera, and program the camera to the specifications of the customer. *The vendor must be an authorized reseller of Software House CCURE 9000 and Exacqvision* Warranty Information The equipment shall have a warranty of 1 year from the full installation/acceptance of the equipment. Warranty support shall include repair of the system Warranty support shall include preventative maintenance of the system. Warranty support shall include all parts, materials, labor, and travel to complete the repair or maintenance. Requests for warranty support shall be made to the telephone support number provided by the Contractor. Warranty support requests shall be responded to within 1 day. Background
The Charlotte Hall Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is seeking sources to install an Access Control System and Video Surveillance System for Police Services. This procurement aims to replace the existing Genetec Security Center 5.10 system with Software House CCURE 9000 and Exacqvision, ensuring all necessary parts, materials, labor, and software/licenses are included for full operational capability.

Work Details
The vendor will provide the following for each door receiving access control: Access Control Panel, low-voltage cabling, PIV Class Card Reader, electronic locking hardware (Electronic Strike), Request to Exit device, and Door Position Switch.

The vendor will pull all cables between each door and the CCURE 9000 access control panel, install all locking hardware, and program, test, and commission each door. Specific quantities include:
- 29 Card Readers
- 29 Door Contacts
- 29 REX PIRs
- 3 Electric Strikes
- 1 Site Server
- 2 - 16 Door Control Panels
- 1 - 4 Door Control Panel
- 1 - 10 port Network Switch
- Panel Power Supply.

For video surveillance equipment: ExacqVision Network Video Recorder (1), ExacqVision Device Licenses (32). The vendor must also provide installation services including wiring, connectors, conduit/JB box setup, programming and commissioning of cameras. The vendor must be an authorized reseller of Software House CCURE 9000 and Exacqvision.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 90 days from contract award.
