This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. This firm fixed price requirement is for Cooling Tower Fill Replacement and Resealing Joints at the Rome VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 125 Brookley Road, Rome, NY 13441, from 02/01/2025 to 04/15/2025.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for a firm fixed price contract aimed at performing Cooling Tower Fill Replacement and Resealing Joints at the Rome VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC).

The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the cooling tower systems at the facility, which is critical for operational efficiency and patient comfort.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Replace the existing cooling tower fill material.
2. Reseal joints within the cooling tower system to prevent leaks and ensure optimal performance.
