Haul-out services for Hawksbill vessel, NOAA FKNMS

Background
The contract is issued by the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS) under NOAA, aimed at providing haul-out services for the vessel Hawksbill. Work Details
The contractor is required to perform an annual haul-out of the FKNMS vessel Hawksbill, which includes:

1) Accepting full responsibility for the safety of the vessel upon arrival at the contractor's facility, including fire protection, security patrols, water-tight integrity, and protection from adverse environmental conditions.

2) Providing all facilities, labor, materials, tools, and services necessary to complete the work.

3) Ensuring that all machinery and equipment used for hauling the vessel is fully functional and rated for loads at least 20% greater than the maximum weight of the vessel.

4) Meeting or exceeding all current requirements of ABYC and USCG (Subchapter T) applicable to this size and type of vessel. The contractor's facility must be located less than 50 miles from the vessel's dock at 522 Caribbean Dr., Key Largo, FL.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from November 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025.
