***Pre-Solicitation Synopsis Mod Note (March 6, 2013) The RFP response date has changed from April 17, 2013 to June 05, 2013, and the synopsis description has changed to show the estimated release date for the formal RFP is April 2013. *** Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic, Charleston, SC intends to issue request for proposals (RFP) N65236-11-R-0102 for the procurement of Aviation Command and Control Operations and Maintenance Services. The anticipated work includes air traffic management and equipment maintenance services in support of air traffic control (ATC) operations, air field management (AFM), air traffic control and landing systems (ATCALS) maintenance, and aviation command and control (C2) maintenance. Services will be performed at multiple locations within the U.S. Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) Area of Responsibility in Southwest Asia. The applicable NAICS code is 541330 with a size standard of $35.5 Million. The Government anticipates award of a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), performance-based contract that will provide for the issuance of cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price task orders. The period of performance includes a base year and four one-year option periods. The procurement will be conducted under full and open competitive provisions. The estimated release date for the formal RFP is April 2013.
