The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to make the following changes to the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-Software 2 Request for Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-19-R-0035:

1. To resolve the ambiguity of the submission instructions within Section L.3.2. the following clarification is provided: Electronic proposals (CD-ROM/DVD) may be submitted by mailing them via U.S. Postal Service, sending them by commercial carrier or courier, or any other means of physical delivery to the address below.
