IT Hardware Blanket Purchase Agreement

Background
The Judiciary intends to award a single award BPA for the following OEM category requirement. The Administrative Office of the US Courts (AO) and the Federal Judiciary require specific hardware products and ancillary services in support of mission-critical IT systems, software applications, and other IT requirements. The BPA will last for a period of five years from the effective date of award, consisting of five ordering periods, each being 12 months in length.

Work Details
The BPA is scoped for HPE Systems & Hardware Support. The BPA holder shall comply with the listed requirements upon award of their first call off their BPA. The BPA calls shall be Firm-Fixed Price.

The BPA holder shall maintain certification for the products they are providing under the BPA, provide and support equipment sales within CONUS and OCONUS locations, coordinate delivery of product ancillary services, provide customer assistance regarding order processing and tracking, establish and host a dedicated portal for placing and tracking orders, provide new hardware and equipment along with timely written notification regarding bugs, updates, errata, and revisions for all products serviced under their BPA.

Period of Performance: Base Ordering Period - May 20, 2022 - May 19, 2023; Ordering Period 1 - May 20, 2023 - May 19, 2024; Ordering Period 2 - May 20, 2024 - May 19, 2025; Ordering Period 3 - May 20, 2025 - May 19, 2026; Ordering Period 4 - May 20, 2026 - May 19, 2027

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS), including Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands.
