AMENDMENT 0001 HAS BEEN POSTED ON 10 OCT 2023 WHICH EXTENDS RECEIPT OF QUOTES FROM 11 OCT 2023 TO 18 OCT 2023.

McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) requires 168,903 pounds of Isophorone Diisocyanate (IPDI) for use on their production lines. The IPDI must meet military specification MIL- DTL-82886A Table VI and MIL-PRF-23950B Type IV to be accepted by the plant. The combined Synopsis/Solicitation W519TC-24-Q-IPDI and Attachment 0001 contain information in support of this requirement.

Background: The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) requires 168,903 pounds of Isophorone Diisocyanate (IPDI) for use on their production lines. The IPDI must meet military specification MIL-DTL-82886A Table VI and MIL-PRF-23950B Type IV to be accepted by the plant. The combined Synopsis/Solicitation W519TC-24-Q-IPDI and Attachment 0001 contain information in support of this requirement.

Details: Isophorone Diisocyanate (IPDI) must meet military specification MIL-DTL-82886A. Within this Military Specification document, vendors shall conform to all references made to Weapon Specification WS16305C, dated 1 JUL 77, and all PBXN-109 requirements. The material shall be shipped in 55-gallon drums with anti-static liners. Metal drums shall be new, palletized and banded. Lots shall not be mixed on pallets. A Certificate of Conformance (COC), Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and Hazardous Warning Label are required to be included with each shipment.

11/15/2023 - 35,280 pounds

11/29/2023 - 35,280 pounds

12/6/2023 - 35,280 pounds

12/13/2023 - 35,280 pounds

12/20/2023 - 27,783 pounds
