This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in order to satisfy FAR 5.204. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED PROPOSALS AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought or any follow-up requests for information or clarification. The Government will not pay for any information provided as a result of this synopsis.

This pre-solicitation is for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Enterprise Systems IBM Support (ESIS). The proposed solicitation number is 2032H5-22-R-00011. This action is full and open competition. Attached is a DRAFT solicitation with a DRAFT performance work statement (PWS). Comment and feedback from industry are welcomed relating to all attachments. The Government may take any feedback into consideration and revise the applicable document. The Government does not intend to answer any questions relating to this DRAFT solicitation and associated documents.
