Background
The solicitation is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) for the demolition of fifty-three (53) buildings at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune (MCBCL), North Carolina.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary demolition services, including the disposal of hazardous materials, in support of the Marine Corps' operational requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, incidental engineering, and other items necessary for the demolition of fifty-three (53) facilities at MCBCL.

Specific tasks include:
- Demolition of buildings 114, 528, 1014, 1742A, 1742B, 1742C, SBB159, ST13, VL60, VL61 and others as specified in the provided drawings and specifications.
- Transportation to and from each facility location.
- Disposal of hazardous materials at the MCBCL landfill.
- Compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations during demolition activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 365 days following the award date.
