Intermec Labels

1. This is a requirement for Labels. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the supplies described in the Schedule of Supplies. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This requirement is for DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement.
2. This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% SBA- Certified Women-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 322220 and the size standard is 750 employees. The Product or Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is 7530.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution San Joaquin, CA, to establish a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for various labels and related supplies. The goal of this contract is to procure specific labeling products that meet the operational needs of the agency. This acquisition is set aside for 100% SBA-Certified Women-Owned Small Businesses.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items as specified in the Schedule of Supplies:

1. **White Label**: 400 Rolls - Thermal transfer label measuring 3.25 inches wide by 2 inches long, compatible with Intermec PM4i or PD42 printers. Constructed from treated paper with laminate equivalent to Intermec DuraTran II. Must operate with Intermec Therma MAX 1500 and 2200 wax ribbons. Minimum of 2823 labels per roll.

2. **Ribbon**: 504 Rolls - RFID resin enhanced wax ribbon for Printronix SL4M and Zebra 110XI printers, size: 110MM x 450M (1476 feet). Stock number: 753000L070018.

3. **White Label**: 1,000 Rolls - Thermal transfer label measuring 4 inches wide by 6 inches long, made from high durability material like Intermec DuraTran II Kimdura, designed for limited external use. Minimum of 897 labels per roll.

4. **Pink Paper/Labels**: 150 Cases - IRRD Paper in pink color, size: 8.5 x 11 inches, non-recycled laser graphic paper meeting MIL-STD-1189A specifications. Packaged in cases of 2,500 sheets.

5. **Ivory Label**: 150 Cases - Similar specifications as Pink Paper/Labels but in ivory color.

6. **Blue Label**: 150 Cases - Similar specifications as Pink Paper/Labels but in blue color.

7. **Label**: 1,000 Rolls - Thermal transfer label measuring 3 inches wide by 3 inches long with similar construction requirements as previous labels.

8. **Green Label**: 150 Cases - Similar specifications as Pink Paper/Labels but in green color.

9. **Label**: 1,000 Rolls - Thermal transfer label measuring 3 inches wide by 1 inch long with similar construction requirements as previous labels.
