Mod/Amend 2 - The is the second amendment/modification to this solicitation. Once this solicitation closes the selection of vendor for this project will not only be based on the Lowest Price but also Past Performance.
The closing date to submit your quotes along with your past performance sheet will be June 18, 2018 at 8AM.
This is a Request for Quote for Interior Painting of 14 Units at USCG Eureka Housing Site 1475 Terrace Way, Eureka, CA 95501.

Please download and print the attachments of the solicitation package. Read the solicitation package carefully which includes the combined synopsis, Scope of Work (SOW) with Pictures/Drawings/Map, Request for Information (RFI) Form, FAR Clause and Service Contract Labor Standard Wage Determination. Please submit your quote with your own in-house quote sheet with a price breakdown in labor and materials. Also write your DUNS number and Tax ID number on your quote sheet as well and email to veronica.f.charles@uscg.mil.
