Background
This solicitation package is a Request for Proposals that will result in the award of Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, Multiple Award Contract (IDIQ-MAC) to furnish the necessary management, technical support, labor, material, equipment, and facilities to accomplish Interior Decking Removal and Installation on board U.S. Navy and/or other military type vessels in support of Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC).

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish the necessary management, labor, materials, support services and equipment to accomplish the removal of existing deck covering and the install of new deck covering. The work will be accomplished onboard U.S. Navy and/or other military type vessels, including submarines, and may be accomplished within a 50-mile radius of Norfolk Naval Station. The resulting delivery order may require multiple exhibit line item numbers (ELINs) within the contract. The contractor shall be responsible for the employment of trained and technically qualified personnel to perform delivery orders. The contractor shall have an organization with the experience and comprehensive understanding to apply management techniques, methods, and procedures required to efficiently complete the requirements of this solicitation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for each option year ranges from October 24th to October 23rd of the following year for a total of five years.

The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed is at Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), Commanding Officer Code 400, 9727 Avionics Loop, Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk VA 23511-2124.
