Intent to Sole Source Joint Women's Leadership Symposium (JWLS)

The Joint Women's Leadership Symposium (JWLS) is open to Active, Reserve and Retired Military service members from all service branches, DoD Civilians, the National Guard, NOAA and our international allies. The purpose of JWLS 2023 is to create an environment for service members to learn how to Find your Fit. JWLS provides opportunities for self-discovery, education, connection, and tools to reach your full fitness and potential as an individual, a leader, and service member.

AFDW/PKS, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Sea Services Leadership Association.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting From A Single Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
