National Institutes of Health, Central Utility Plant (CUP) uses GPiLEARN+,an online Learning Management System to deploy & track training for CUP personnel. This project will renew the subscription (Licenses) for one year.

Background
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), specifically the Office of Research Facilities (ORF) and the Office of Acquisitions, is seeking to renew its subscription for GPiLEARN+, an online Learning Management System. This system is utilized to deploy and track training for personnel at the Central Utility Plant (CUP).

The goal of this contract is to ensure continued access to training resources for CUP staff.

Work Details
The scope of work includes procuring GPiLEARN+ licenses for one year. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price/Blanket Purchase Agreement (FFP/BPA) covering the base year and four option years.

The contractor must comply with all requirements specified in the solicitation to be considered capable.
