Intent to Sole Source ENVI and IDL Software Licenses Maintenance Renewal

Background
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Services (NOS), National Geodetic Survey (NGS), Remote Sensing Division, Silver Spring, MD, has a requirement for ENVI and IDL software licenses maintenance renewal. These licenses will allow NGS to continue to process data thereby allowing the NGS to accomplish its mission of processing raw LIDAR data into models. The sole source for this requirement is Harris Geospatial Solutions, Inc., based in Broomfield, CO.

Work Details
The requirement is to provide licenses for ENVI and IDL software for National Geodetic Survey (NGS). This will allow NGS to continue to process data thereby allowing the NGS to accomplish its mission of processing raw LIDAR data into models. The period of performance will have 1 Base Year, and 3 Option Years, for the periods and estimate values as shown below:
Component Base Period (08/01/2023 - 07/31/2024)
Option Year 1 (08/01/2024 - 07/31/2025)
Option Year 2 (08/01/2025 - 07/31/2026)
Option Year 3 (08/01/2026 - 06/30/2027).

Period of Performance
Period of Performance: 08/01/2023 through 06/30/2027, with the base year being 08/01/2023 through 06/30/2024 and three one-year consecutive option years.
