Intelligence Information Services / Intelligence Automation Support

Background
The solicitation is for Intelligence Information Services / Intelligence Automation Support. The contract requires access to or participation in the development of proprietary or source selection information, and the contractor must notify the government immediately if such access may result in any actual or potential Organizational Conflict of Interests (OCI). The transition plan for the contract includes transition management, in/out processing, phase in/transition plan, and phase-out transition plan.

Work Details
The tasks under the contract include transition management, in/out processing, phase-in/transition plan, phase-out transition plan, daily status reports, task order annual status report, project management, DAIIS automation support, .NET/C# development, web design, system security/cyber security. The contractor is required to meet certification requirements for all personnel, provide transition-in and transition-out services to maintain high readiness, provide reports and documentation as per the PWS requirements, provide accurate configuration management data and notify of any unscheduled system outages. Additionally, the contractor shall provide restoration services sufficient to ensure high availability and notify the user community of any scheduled outages. The contractor is also responsible for providing effective Information Assurance and on-time deliverables.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at HQ INSCOM specifically the Nolan Building, Metro Park, and at various Government facilities in the continental United States.
