Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Software

Background
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is responsible for maintaining, operating, developing, and preserving over 18,400,000 square feet of building space and over 570 acres of land within the United States Capitol Complex. The AOC's mission is to serve Congress and the Supreme Court, preserve America’s Capitol, and inspire memorable experiences.

The AOC is seeking proposals for the procurement and implementation of an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) that includes Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement and implementation of an IWMS that encompasses software solutions for facilities management, project management, space management, training, and technical support. Key tasks include:

1. Implementation services including installation and configuration of software systems.
2. Discovery and Business Process Mapping to align IWMS with AOC's operational needs.
3. Data Migration from existing systems like WebTMA including asset registry and work order information.
4. Integration Assessment to modify existing business processes as needed.
5. User Acceptance Testing to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
6. End-User Training tailored to specific operational roles.
7. Ongoing Support Services during implementation and post-go-live phases for at least six months.
8. Maintenance and Upgrade Support detailing processes for software updates.
