Background
The Department of the Navy is issuing this solicitation for Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) for General and Medical Wastes Collection, Transportation & Disposal Services at the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan.

The goal of this contract is to ensure proper collection, disposal, and recycling of refuse and recyclables in compliance with applicable regulations. The contract will consist of one base period and seven one-year option periods, with potential extensions.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental related work to perform the following services:

1. Recurring services as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Non-recurring services as specified in task orders issued by the government.

The contractor must track quantities and report total ordered quantities by various ordering methods including GCPC orders and FedMall purchases. Additionally, the contractor is required to accept pre-priced line item services without additional markup or handling fees.

Period of Performance
Base Period: 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026; Option Periods: Each subsequent option period will run for one year from 1 April to 31 March of the following year until the seventh option period which ends on 31 March 2033; Six Months Extension Period: 1 April 2033 through 30 September 2033.
