This is a Facility Support Service, a Recurring and Non-recurring Work Items Contract Integrated Solid Waste Management, which includes Collection, Segregation, Recycle, and Disposal Services for Ikego Housing Area of the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan. The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods.

This procurement will be issued using Sealed Bidding procedure with the intent to award a single Fixed Price contract. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, confirming to the solicitation, is the solicitation, is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government considering price only factors.

Bid shall be priced only in Japanese Yen. Bid not priced in Japanese Yen shall be deemed non-responsive, and will not be eligible for award.

The site visit is scheduled at 10:00 AM on 16 March 2023. The interested parties who need an escort should email to Yuko.Yoshino.ln@us.navy.mil. No later than 13 March 2023.

Background

Work Details
The work details include providing prices for Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) Services - Recurring and Non-Recurring for various line items such as general waste collection & disposal services, payment of general waste disposal fees for Zushi City, home appliance disposal, and setting up solid waste containers and collection services.

Period of Performance
The contract will have one (1) Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods. The site visit is scheduled at 10:00 AM on 16 March 2023.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Ikego Housing Area of the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan.
