Description

Sole Source action to provide Insurance Technology Support Services (ITSS). ITSS provides for a comprehensive automated system that collects and provides information to DOL National and Regional Offices to perform the oversight and monitoring function of the State Unemployment Insurance (UI) operations. This oversight and monitoring process is designed to promote continuous improvement of the State UI operational performance. These automated systems, which support these functions at the State, Regional, and National level are managed by the Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
