This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business firms.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 238210 with a size standard of $15,000,000.
The magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
Contract period of performance is 90 calendar days.
The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract using procedures in FAR 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 14-Sealed Bidding, and FAR 36-Construction and Architect-Engineering Contracts.
