Inserter Disconnect_Reconnect - (Bluecrest (DMT))

This is to provide notice of USDA RD's intent to award as a sole source utilizing FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the requirement for Disconnect and breakdown the BlueCrest Rival Inserter ZX0W (Serial Number 0197513) and the BlueCrest Epic 4 Station Inserter ZV04 (Serial Number 1930145) from the USDA building located at 4300 Goodfellow Blvd., building 104 FC-1430, St. Louis, (2nd Floor) MO 63120 and reassemble, reconnect, and test the inserters for operability at the USDA One Metropolitan Square (OMS) building located at 211 North Broadway, (8th Floor) St. Louis, MO 63102. All cables will be labeled for reinstallation.
