Background
The Department of Army has approved a class Justification and Approval (J&A) for Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 3 Hardware (ITES-3H) Extension. The control number for this action is 23-047. This justification is for all 16 incumbent vendors on ITES-3H. The notice is to publish the redacted J&A as required.

Work Details
The ITES-3H extension will provide a full range of state-of-the-art IT equipment, software, and related incidental services. It encompasses all requirements for IT, including hardware, software, and related integration services for providing end-to-end solutions. The scope includes servers, desktops, notebooks, workstations, thin clients, storage systems, networking equipment, network printers, peripherals, network cabling products, video teleconferencing products, standalone displays, scanners, communications devices, power devices, software, basic warranty and warranty options, and other related accessories and options.
Services are incidental to the hardware buys and include system configuration and integration, physical site analysis, installation and relocation, high availability configuration, warranty, and legacy equipment maintenance.

Period of Performance
The proposed period of performance extension through the base period of performance is from 23 August 2023.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Department of Army's U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC- RI), Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, IL 61299-8000.
