Background
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is the federal agency responsible for purchasing new vehicles from manufacturers and providing them to other federal agencies. This acquisition aims to establish Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Fixed Price contracts for Vehicle Marshalling and Sales Support Services. The goal is to leverage industry best practices to provide customer-centric marshalling services and maximize returns on vehicle sales while reducing logistical costs through digital, remote, and/or in-lane sales solutions.

Work Details
The contract includes support services for marshalling new and existing federal government vehicles, installing third-party telematics/communication devices, selling used federal government vehicles, and transporting vehicles when necessary. The estimated annual volume is 60,000 vehicles marshalled, with approximately 30,000 sold across the U.S. and its territories. Specific tasks include:

1. Marshalling Support Services
2. Sales Preparation Services (Optional)
3. Administrative Vehicle Sales Services (Optional)
4. In-Lane Vehicle Sales Support (Optional)

The contractor must meet timeliness and quality standards, manage all subcontracting actions, assign a program manager as the primary point of contact, and ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations.

Services will be performed across the United States, including its territories and potentially worldwide.
