Background
The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Industrial Hygiene Region West (IHRW) office requires services to anticipate, recognize, and evaluate potential health hazards at Army National Guard (ARNG) facilities.

The goal is to provide sound recommendations for hazard control and establish baselines for workplace conditions. This contract aims to ensure the safety and health of both civilian and military employees through comprehensive industrial hygiene surveys.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Industrial Hygiene Services at eight (8) Tier 1 facilities and thirty-one (31) Tier 2 facilities as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Specific tasks include:
- Conducting industrial hygiene surveys to identify and measure potential health hazards;
- Documenting findings;
- Making recommendations for worker protection;
- Providing training events for ARNG personnel;
- Maintaining an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP);
- Ensuring compliance with installation access and security policies;
- Submitting receipts for travel expenses prior to invoicing.

The contractor must also ensure that all employees possess required licenses for operating vehicles and equipment used in performance.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance is one base year of twelve months with three optional twelve-month extensions.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various Army National Guard facilities located within California.
