The following seven (7) contracts were awarded on 1 February 2023 to form the pool for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide for Design-Bid-Build Marine Contruction within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Lakes Districts (Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit) mission boundaries. The MATOC pool will be comprised of the contracts and contractors listed below:

The total shared capacity of the MATOC is $260,000,000. At this time, only a minimum guarantee of $5,000 has been obligated to each of the contracts/contractors listed above.
