Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), PRODUCT ENGINEERING SERVICES (PES), VETERAN EXPERIENCE SERVICES (VES), aims to provide an easy, intuitive, and personalized experience for Veterans, dependents, caregivers, and support teams when interacting with the VA. To achieve this goal, VA has a requirement for the Medallia Enterprise Customer Experience Suite Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool.

Work Details
VA requires the Brand Name Medallia Enterprise Customer Experience Suite SaaS tool to enable organizations of all sizes to easily and securely store their content and collaborate internally and externally. The required Brand Name Medallia Enterprise Customer Experience Suite SaaS tool shall include software subscriptions, maintenance, and support. The contractor shall provide access to the brand name Medallia Customer Experience SaaS tool subscriptions for a 12-month period after execution of an order.
