Background
The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Design-Build (DB)/ Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Waterfront Construction Projects in the Hampton Roads Area of Operations, Virginia. The contract will result in the award of approximately six contracts to responsible Offerors whose proposals represent the best values after evaluation of the factors and their relative importance.

Work Details
The construction projects under this MACC will require the ability to manage multiple task orders concurrently across the Hampton Roads AOR. The Waterfront Construction work includes elements such as piers, wharves, quay walls, dry docks, bulkheads, crane rail systems, fender systems, berthing and mooring, and waterfront related utilities.
The completion date for the IDIQ contracts is one year from the date of contract award with four one-year option periods, not to exceed 60 months. The total five-year estimated construction cost for all contracts is not to exceed $249,000,000.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is one year from the date of contract award with four one-year option periods, not to exceed 60 months.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in the Hampton Roads Area of Operations in Virginia.
