Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic is issuing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (AE) services related to Facilities Management and Sustainment Support.

The contract will predominantly serve the NAVFAC Atlantic Area of Operations but may also include work worldwide. This procurement aims to support the Navy’s Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) Program, including the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program.

Work Details
The primary tasks anticipated under this contract include:

A. Conduct facility and utility ICAP inventory and assessment in support of the Navy CBM program, which involves performing facility inventory management technical services and operational risk assessments.

B. Perform engineering services in support of Integrated Priority List (IPL) development, including preparing technical reports and project work packages.

C. Linear Segmentation and Inventory Management of Navy and other DOD linear facility assets.

D. Performance of Engineering studies, surveys, inspections, and assessments such as facility mission criticality surveys, energy assessments, hazardous material assessments, and reliability evaluations.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract will have a base period of one year with four one-year option periods if exercised.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed predominantly in the NAVFAC Atlantic Area of Operations but may also occur worldwide.
