Summary of Requirement: The U. S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (ODEIA) will support and manage the implementation of Executive Order 14035 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce. Contractor support services are required in 1) Developing guidance, tools, and resources to support agencies in strengthening and advancing DEIA in the federal workforce, 2) Assessing and identifying barriers that lead to inequities in federal employment, and 3) Providing logistics and DEIA Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support.
