Background

The schedule of prices includes base bid items for service gate fabrication and delivery, barge demurrage, emergency gate fabrication and delivery, existing service gate disposal, and existing emergency gate disposal. The contract performance period is 780 consecutive calendar days. The contractor reserves the right to exercise options within 180 days after notice to proceed. If option A is exercised, the contract performance period will be extended by 240 calendar days. If option B or C is exercised, the contract performance period will not be extended.
